Karen Walker is a national speaker and leadership coach, with a passion for empowering individuals and teams through the science of behavior analysis. As a certified DiSC trainer, she uses her knowledge in the four primary personality types to provide a wealth of expertise in human behavior and communication styles. With 20 years of experience, Karen helps organizations further improve their interpersonal dynamics, communication effectiveness and overall team synergy. Karen is the founder of the Spark Retreat designed to help women rest and recharge as they build a life they love. She plays an integral role in strengthening her community, serving on the board of directors of the Women’s Leadership Network and cofounding Arkansas Aging Wiser . She also provides leadership training for Nonprofits including the Central Action Program for Central Arkansas, United Way of Central Arkansas, Choosing to Excel, Mosaic Church Conway, and Girl Scouts Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
